Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
These terms cover the Faithfully Together website at faithfullytogether.store and the Faithfully Together iOS app. By buying a download or using the app, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the service.
Who we are
Faithfully Together is operated by Zachary Hyland, Long Beach, California. You can reach us at faithfullytogether@gmail.com.
Digital downloads
Products bought on this website are digital files, delivered immediately by download link. When you buy one, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it yourself and with your spouse or partner. You may print copies for your own use.
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly
- post them to file-sharing sites or church resource libraries without written permission
- reproduce them for a group, class, or congregation without a licence — email us, we’re happy to discuss it
Your download link stays active for 30 days. If it expires and you need the file again, email us and we’ll reopen it. You bought it; you keep it.
Refunds on downloads
Because these are digital files delivered instantly, we don’t offer automatic refunds. That said, if something is wrong with a file, or it isn’t what the page led you to expect, email us within 14 days and we’ll make it right. We would rather refund you than have you feel misled.
App subscriptions
The Faithfully Together iOS app offers an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks its full content library, and optional one-time purchases that unlock individual items.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription during the trial.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed by Apple, not by us. Refunds for them are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting your account in the app does not cancel a subscription.
Your account and your partner link
The app works without an account. If you create one, keep your credentials to yourself — you’re responsible for activity under your account. Linking with a partner shares your streak and study progress with that person. You can unlink at any time in Settings, and you can delete your account entirely from Settings → Account → Delete account.
Our content, and yours
The guides, devotionals, decks, artwork, and app content are ours and are protected by copyright. Scripture quotations are used under the terms of their respective translations.
Anything you write inside the app — notes, reflections, answers — is yours. We don’t claim ownership of it and we don’t publish it.
What this is and isn’t
Faithfully Together offers devotional and relationship material for Christian couples. It is not counselling, therapy, medical advice, or crisis support, and it is not a substitute for any of those. If you or your partner are dealing with abuse, a mental health crisis, or anything that needs professional help, please reach out to a qualified person or a local crisis service.
Availability
We aim to keep everything working, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, add, or remove content over time. If we ever have to shut something down, we’ll give reasonable notice and make purchased files available for download first.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Faithfully Together isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we’ll note it here and update the date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
